—Mary Lou on December 11, 2015I bought the book!!!!! It arrived Wednesday and I have been looking to and fro in it since. My first stop is "Bloom" that is in the chapter A Bit of Whimsy! So I guess I would start there… but would jump to "Meadow Rose" in Classic Patchwork next (this one takes me out of my comfort zone though…lol). I am hoping to add a few of these ‘rows’ to my my mom’s hummingbird quilt … I have decided that since it is going to be an add as can quilt I am turning it into a ’round robin’ .. the flower rows will go wonderfully with a silhouette hummingbird I have.
Ladies if you are reading this … the book is great and full of ideas … it was my Christmas gift to myself in case any of you take the time to get something for yourself this season!

After that it would be the classic patchwork as I always enjoy the ‘practice’ of making my corners/squares/etc the right size with accurate seams (well as accurate as possible – I’m always learning!)
