  • Scrap quilts came up for me. I thoroughly enjoy making both patchwork and I love to make needle turn applique quilts. I often combine Patchwork and applique together in quilts I make.

    —Suzanne B on August 19, 2019
  • The survey was partly right – it thinks I need a scrap quilt book. Only thing wrong with that is I prefer coordinated fabrics not just a bazillion scraps (and yes they have pretty much taken over my sewing room). I do design my own quilts a lot but also play with patterns using precuts (one of my downfalls). I am using more scraps but doubt I’ll ever use them up! But the survey was fun.

  • I took the quiz and it pretty much hit the nail on the head…It said give me a book full of start-to-finish patterns and I’d quilt the day away! I like to stick to the designer’s vision of a quilt, although I often change the color choices. No muss, no fuss–and I have a stack of finished quilts to show for it. These books for pattern-packed fun t was selected: The Big Book of Lap Quilts,.The Big Book of Little Quilts, and The Big Book of Table Toppers which I think I have already.

    —Donna K on August 20, 2019
