  • Still need to get special hand embroidered towels done for sons.

  • The recipient will be my son with all the cats. He needs a runner to protect the top of his "mid-century" buffet. We called it "Danish modern" when we bought it, but I guess now that a few years have passed, it’s in a different category. 😉

  • Three women in my family have birthdays in January – a Sister, DIL and Granddaughter. It would be sew fun to make gifts from this book for all three, which I usually find hard to do so soon after the holidays.

  • Just doing the binding on a wall hanging for one of our sons. He is an engineer with GM. He and his wife bought my husband’s parents house w/ 10 acres several years ago, and they have several horses, among other animals.I made an Attic Windows quilt for his home office that has the views of horses grazing, etc. and barns. I think he will really like it, at least I hope so.

Sounds like a wonderful quilt and a wonderful view, Norma! –Jenny
