  • Our favorite tradition is a picnic with a red, white and blue theme. Red white and blue jello, strawberry/blueberry shortcake and any other foods people bring with that color scheme to celebrate. If I am organized enough I will steal a little time to sew before people arrive – but I definitely sew as we watch the Capitol Fourth – the evening concert from Wash. DC on TV. Happy 4th of July ! !
